Alice Nikolov has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2021 and holds a law degree from the University of Sherbrooke. She joined Gasco in early 2026.
Alice began her career at an international law firm, where she developed a practice focused on cybersecurity, cyber incident response, and insurance coverage. As a breach coach, she served as a primary point of contact in high-stakes cyber incidents, advising Canadian and international clients through data breaches and the complex regulatory landscape that follows.
Building on this experience, Alice has developed a strategic and risk-oriented approach to litigation. Her current practice focuses on insurance litigation, where she represents a diverse clientele, including insurers, businesses of all sizes, and organizations in the sports sector.
Alice combines analytical rigour with a strong ability to read both the legal and practical dimensions of a case. Known for her precision and thoughtful approach, she builds trusted relationships with clients and is particularly attuned to the broader context in which disputes arise.
Fluent in French, English, Bulgarian, and Spanish, Alice works seamlessly in multilingual environments. She has also been involved in the legal community, notably through her work with the Information Technology Committee of the Young Bar of Montreal and as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Sherbrooke Law Review.
Outside her practice, Alice is driven by a deep curiosity for the world and the cultures that shape it. Having explored 27 countries to date, she brings a broadened perspective and adaptability that carry through into her professional life.
