François has a broad experience in civil litigation, having represented various clients before all the Courts in Québec. His two years as a Clerk at the Court of Appeal of Quebec has prepared François well when arguing cases before that Court.
Although very determined to assert the rights of his clients before the Courts, François also believes in alternative dispute resolutions in appropriate cases. He makes every effort to resolve his files efficiently and in a timely manner and in the best interest of his clients, all the while remaining proactive.
In addition to his defense work on behalf of insurers, he also has a well-developed subrogation practice. François regularly represents ski resorts operators, water park operators in defending bodily injury claims.
François has written many articles and given a variety of conferences and seminars on legal issues of interest to his clients and colleagues.
